Artist Dick Zimmerman will travel to your home
environment or to the location of your choice to design the initial portrait sitting. The sitting will require no longer than five hours. The majority of the time will be spent on design and supervision of the composition, the coordination of the hair and makeup and the wardrobe selection.
The adult subjects will not need to sit longer than one hour, and the children not longer than ten minutes, while Dick Zimmerman takes various photographs that will be used for reference material,
and the foundation for his oil painting.

"I stayed excited, anxious ... while Dwayne was unwrapping the painting. The suspense revealed itself as a Wonder!
We were watching the picture while savoring our favorite Dom Perignon Champagne for the celebration.
Until the last drop of the Champagne, we couldn't tell how my portrait could have been better painted from whatever
angle or whatever point of view. It is so perfect that we could not even tell what we were initially expecting.
The watering and expressive eyes giving a hardly noticeable questioning smile are empowered for the mystery and the
adoration. We are fascinated by the creation of the background which matches harmoniously the sitting portrait

"Today started off with a wimper but finished with a bang! Linda was walking our dog Roscoe this morning when he decided to run after a squirrel. He pulled linda so hard that she fell, landing on her elbow. She now has a cast on for the next 8 weeks. We came home tired and cranky.
As we pulled into the driveway, we could see this large crate inside the garage. I eagerly opened it.
We must have stared at it for five minutes with saying hardly more than WOW!!!. We have seen many of your work but we are predjudiced and think our portraiture is one of the best we have ever seen.
